We offer FREE 1st class delivery for all UK orders over £5.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, unless otherwise specified.
We ship all orders with Royal Mail 1st class post, which aims to deliver items the next working day after dispatch, including Saturdays.
International Delivery
International delivery is available at a flat rate of £7.95 per order.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, unless otherwise specified.
We ship all international orders with Royal Mail International Standard, which aims to deliver items within 3-5 working days for Europe and within 6-7 working days worldwide. Occasionally we may need to use an alternative carrier. In these instances we will contact you to let you know.
Returns
If you change your mind
If you have changed your mind and want to return your item for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused and “as new” in their original packaging. Once we receive your item we will issue you a full refund for the item. Please note that you would be responsible for the return carriage costs.
If there is a problem with your item
In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order, please report it to us within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Once we receive your item and verify the problem, we will issue you a replacement or full refund and reimburse you for any reasonable return carriage costs.
